The properties we develop reflect a wide variety of sizes, neighborhoods, financing sources and utilizations. Most are major alterations involving gut rehabilitation, new construction of apartment buildings and town homes. Others are conversions from industrial, community properties into residential apartment complexes.

New Start LLC owns controlling or sole interests in various market-rate or high income properties in New York City as well as a UK subsidiary, Gotham Developers Ltd., based in London.

Alfred B. Thompson has been involved in developing and managing residential and commercial properties and treatment facilities for 12 years. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers in England and Wales. Mr. Thompson has been involved with several charities, most recently as a member of the Board of Directors of the Haitian Women's Program.

Paul M Galvin has been involved in the development and management of properties for 12 years. He has Masters Degrees in Administration and Social Work. Mr. Galvin is an adjunct professor at Fordham University and has been a Board Member of the Sisters of Charity Health Care System for 10 years.
